1. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

• We offer standard and express shipping options based on your location.

• Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time varies based on location:

  • Inside Dhaka:  3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 6 business days

• Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees depend on the delivery location and product weight/dimensions.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for orders within specific locations.

• Customers must pay the full amount to the delivery personnel upon receiving the order.

• COD is not available for certain high-value products or international orders.

4. Payment Confirmation

• Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation for prepaid orders.

• Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the payment is verified.

• If payment is not confirmed within 1 business days, the order may be canceled.

5. Order Tracking

• Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

• You can track your order through our website or the courier partner's tracking system.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt 2 times before returning the package.

• If the package is returned, the customer may need to pay an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If you receive a damaged product, report it within 2 days of delivery.

• If a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate and offer a replacement or refund.

8. Changes to This Policy

iT Zone reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
